THE KGC APPROACH

As our clients continue to grow in size and complexity, so do we! KGC manages approximately 500 companies and growing (including the largest solar + battery facility in the world). We perform full-scale accounting services for many entities, including month end close and preparing complex technical accounting analysis over complex transactions and issuing financial statements.
Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Specialist, your role will be crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of KGC's internal teams and client services. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Managing HR-related functions across the firm, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance.
- Supporting employees and managers by addressing HR inquiries and providing guidance on policies and best practices.
- Assisting in the development of HR strategies to foster a positive work culture aligned with KGC’s core values.
- Administering benefits programs and managing employee records.
- Supporting employee development initiatives, including training, mentorship programs, and career development pathways.
- Contributing to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the firm.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Managing employee engagement initiatives to strengthen internal communication and team cohesion.
- Supporting the leadership team with maintaining and enhancing the KGC Brand and Culture
- Managing internal communications
Desired Qualifications:
We’re looking for an HR Specialist who brings strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for people. The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the firm.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (HR certification preferred).
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and strong technology skills.
- Familiarity with employment laws and best practices.
- Previous experience in an HR role within professional services or a similar environment is a plus.
- Experience with managing social media
- Strong Understanding of LinkedIn Posting, Engagement and Job Management
